Village Yoga classes are taught by me, Cath - hi!
I am passionate about the benefits of yoga for women throughout life. Exercise should be enjoyable and build the functional strength we need to help us go through life. Whether it’s working at a desk or on the wards or in the aisles, driving, doing housework, raising children, our bodies are always hard at work and it can be difficult to find the time to exercise or find something you enjoy.
My goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where women can go on their own yoga journey amidst a circle of supportive women. I’d love for you to join us.
